We own and operate pubs across the state, and manage venues for clubs and owners who want an experienced operator in the building.
Our story
SA PubCo is a proudly South Australian hospitality business. Our team brings more than 80 years of combined experience in owning and managing pubs, along with deep local knowledge and a genuine passion for the state’s hotels.
We focus exclusively on venues within South Australia, from landmark metropolitan hotels to well-loved regional pubs. The result is a portfolio that reflects the character and communities of the state we call home.
Through the COVID-19 pandemic, we continued to trade through and out of one of the hardest periods our industry has faced. We honoured all of our obligations and kept strong, healthy relationships with our landlords and suppliers the whole way.

Drew Blackwell
General Manager & Director
Drew brings significant experience running hospitality venues, with a particular track record in turning around and recovering struggling businesses. His operational leadership underpins the day-to-day success of the SA PubCo portfolio.
Rhys Columbus
Executive Director
Rhys is responsible for the strategic direction of SA PubCo, with a focus on relationship management and driving the business's growth and expansion across South Australia.
Isiah Tape
Regional Manager
Isiah brings years of experience with SA PubCo managing our city venues. He has been instrumental in the significant growth and success of the Commercial Hotel in Cowell, and now leads our expansion into new regional opportunities across the state.
Donna Lester
Venue Manager, Port Adelaide
Donna manages the Port Club, with a strong focus on events, social media and an outstanding experience for patrons on match day and beyond. She brings over 30 years of experience in metro venues, having worked for one of the largest family-owned hospitality groups in South Australia.
